We were let down by Hertz at the very last minute and were unable to reach anyone from their supposed 24/7 service. Looking around, most other van hirers were closed (it was Sunday lunchtime) but Berkshire Van Hire were both open and happy to help. Not only did they help us out at short notice, but they will probably be our first choice next time. Thanks.
