I organised my whole week accordingly to have this massage and I was of course looking forward to receiving it. Until I get a phone call 40 minutes before my appointment to say that the therapist can't get a bus to work and there is nobody else to do it for me instead. I'm not normally the one for complaining but this is very unprofessional and poor service. I'm not coming back, I'm afraid.
Made you pay 50% upfront to ensure you come to the appointment and then when my wife got there after a 40min Walk they said the therapist had gone home. No call or prior warning. Wouldve expected a better apology and compensation for wasted time and terrible experience. They dont seem to care.
