Terrible customer serviceI would not recommend using a business where the owner and manager just want to ripCustomers off and trick people into having 60mins instead of 30mins.If you treat customers well you win with repeat custom its simplePeople should leave a massage feeling relaxed and happy not embarassed over having to pay extra due to the dosy reception mis communication. Would never return here these guys have a lot to learn about customer service
Very professional service. 100% catered the treatment to my needs and gave some sound advice. Felt so much better immediately after and I am sure this will be the case in the weeks to come. I will definitely be returning.
I always have stiff shoulder due to computer working, this regular back massage is very helpful for this. I tried other shops but they mostly not very good as just rubbing as a beauty massage or not for my stiffness even it's a deep tissue massage, and they annoy me by advertising other services (don't understand I just want release my shoulder stiff effectively !!)but this shop provides really good massage by any technicion just concentrating my pain, and general service is also professional. I've just finished wandering to search other good massage shop nearby, although this place is not very close from my place (20 mins driving with some traffic jam), thanks !!
Really relaxing environment, impeccably clean and tidy. Really helpful and friendly staff who were very attentive. The only thing I'd would say is the two stools in the waiting are aren't very comfy but this made me look forward to the massage even more!! Thanks guys :-) can't wait to come back soon!!
