I got there at 13:25pm just 5 minutes before closing time and I must say the service was amazing. Shirin was very helpful, kind and very friendly. I was done 25 minutes late but they still continued to serve me with a smile. Lovely post office. Keep up the good work.
Parcel deliver,I didnt received my parcel at home as it said that there was something wrong with the adreds, luckly i tracked it and said collect from school road but. The lady was closed however, she attended me because i was never in that post office i was confused. I told her about what happen and she seached for the parcel and found it. I was very happy because it could have gone back all the way to France again.So thank you very much for your help.

I was in here today, I expected it to be busy...it was, I expected to Que...I did. I didn't expect a customer to be very unpleasant to the lady behind the counter serving, over a car parking issue. The poor women was so emotional I really felt sorry for her. At a time when there is so many bad things going on in the world, right or wrong, was it necessary.
Truly dreadful service every time from miserable staff. One lady in particular regularly shouts and berates customers for asking her to do simple things she is after all employed to do. Even simple jobs like selling a stamp or providing proof of postage is too much for these ladies. Please can we have some new well trained staff in this branch already. Its a lifeline in the village and these miserable biddies are driving people away which will then give people the excuse to shut yet another post office branch.
