They refused to take a parcel that had been delivered to me in error, they even encouraged me to keep it and take what was inside! Eventually they took the parcel but I dont know if it actually got redelivered.
Shocking service. Huffing and puffing because the cashier had to put stamps on the envelope.
Very good service better than main post office but it's hidden away on first floor with very little sign on ground floor. Most people in Reading don't know it's there!
This is an absolutely brilliant post office! I have been to a dozen but only here you get comprehensive help with filling documents, changing address on your driving license, etc. Absolutely amazing! Even if I'm long moved from Reading, I'm still glad to give these guys a visit. Best post office in RG and around.
As a regular customer i always received good service. i find each and every member of staff are very polite and friendly. they always happy to help and give you good advice Also waiting time here is a lot less than Market place post office. i would definite recommend this post office to anyone.only down side is i always end up spending a lot of time chatting with staff :)
