Was visiting the area and needed to visit a pharmacy. I found the service was efficient, very friendly and really helpful. Quite a busy pharmacy which is always a good sign of a good place :)
Well I went this afternoon was told to wait 15 minutes or so 25 minutes later I asked both women one dark hair other short blonde hair both so very rude to be said I would have to come back later having explained I need to collect my children from school so they gave me my prescription back as I asked because couldn't wait any longer then a very kind lady with long blonde hair who was working in the back delt with me in the nicest manner not like the other two monsters!!! It was only to pick up a asthma spacer not even medicine hence why I couldn't believe having to sit and wait all that time! Thanks again to the lovely lady working at the back of shop much appreciated
Went in today for my prescription was told it would be ten minutes five people working there doing prescriptions got out of there at five o'clock was annoying that three people that came after me and put their prescription in got their medication before me worse service I have ever had

We have always dealt with Southcote Pharmacy. Since I have been ill. But the other day my Wife went in to order a cream for my scars, that I have developed from my Triple bypass. The male person said to my Wife they could not get that cream. My wife said well why do the doctors prescribe it. His reply was they don't know.(rather sharp) My wife went to Boots and got the cream. What is this Pharmacy doing, don't they want the custom?
