Spoke to the pharmacist about my sons back pain and the young gentleman who spoke to us was excellent, explaining what pain relief my son needed and was extremely helpful and patient with us. Thank you!
As a diabetic they never have what I need, when I've returned at whatever day they've asked me to (note sometimes they don't even know what day it will arrive and will have to text me) I've been told things like they cannot find it (which I think means they just gave someone else my supplies but that's just a theory). I've been forced to reduce insulin dosages and reuse equipment or sometimes skip testing because I've been made to wait so long.Avoid this place if you can. All they say in there is "sorry you will have to come back another day" use the pharmacy a cross the road even when they don't have what you need they get it to you quickly and when they say they will
Staff are nice and friendly. The best thing about this pharmacy is its opening hours! I don't even remember how many times I needed a pharmacy and was glad this one was open till midnight.
Had a severely painful UTI and was waiting for my prescription, they wouldnt let me use the bathroom while I was waiting for my prescription to the point where I am crying and telling them Im in a lot of pain in the waiting room. Nice enough staff though they were lovely, and I do understand policy. However I also think a little bit of compassion goes a long way.
