Took us 50 minutes to get out of the car park! Car park attendants were prioritising the lowest 2 levels and not those of us who had been queueing for over half an hour.
Expensive and busy but it has the best location for enjoying readings shops.
Good car park, lots places. Prices make this not worth it to come for over an hour.
Difficult car park to navigate - came in at a different entrance so took awhile to find the car. It would be useful to have the sections of each level labelled! I knew which floor I was in but theres no other labelling.
An over priced car park at best, even when you try to do late night shopping at 2 minutes to 6 to avoid the large costs. 3.50 for over an hour after 6pm what a joke, recieved the ticket at 2 minutes to 6 only to be charged 5.20 because we were 'here for the hour before six' I quote from the arrogant and rude man on the other end of the phone. He proceeded to explain our 2 minute would cost '1.70 mam'. All the times the ticket machines haven't been working and the lack of car spaces when they shut multiple floors at once for months on end and they cant even wave a 1.70 for being 2 minutes early?! Far better off getting a bus next time, at least my 1.70 would go to a customer friendly quality of service.
