Update 01-2019:Since my last update prices have gone up extravagantly in line with the rest of the Car Parks in and around Reading and how they can justify this when the majority of the time only 1 of the 2 lifts are working is beyond me. Probably cheaper to go park and ride!Have never even thought of parking anywhere else. Had an issue with a couple of idiots trying to intimidate me whilst out with my kids a few months ago. Went downstairs and told Steve, he made sure we were OK, and said when we come back, let him know and he will make sure we get to our car OK. Found out Idiots had scratched my car, Informed Steve, who informed the police.I found Steve very helpful on that day, and always says hello to every one he see's.I accidentally left my phone on the pay machine recently, Steve found it, made every effort to contact me by phoning home to inform me. He was even going to phone my parents to tell them to get hold of me. Great Guy, please keep hold of him.

Really helpful friendly staff. As a women it's the only car park I feel safe parking in and walking back to at night. Steve and Mike got back to me really quickly when I realised I had left a parcel behind, which thanks to them I managed to retrieve. And I recently broke down in the car park but thanks to staff they helped push my car into a space until the breakdown cover arrived! Thanks again.

Always use this car park but have always found the exit ticket machines too far away when leaving. Usually can lean out and just about reach.I have recently bought a new car which is lower and leaning out my window I still had to pull my car forward closer to the machines, scratched my front alloy in the curb. Machines need moving or to have the number plate recognition as the oracle car park does, will not be using again until one of these happens. Spoken to others with similar issues where they have actually stopped and had to get out their car to put the ticket in to not scratch their wheels.

Steve and Mike really went the extra mile today. After a freak accident whereby I dropped my keys down the edge of the building they both helped me in searching each floor until they were found. I am lucky to have a season ticket for this car park and I would highly recoment it to anyone.

Yet again surrounding home owners woken at early hours by fire alarms where known drug addicts are are using the car park as a drug den. Thought the large yearly fee we paid for this car park meant our cars would be safe as all entrances are shut after a certain time? Pass access only? Waste of fire service resources also.
