A bit chilly (we visited on a day when it was 2 degrees outside, it didn't feel a lot warmer inside). Offers advertised outside the door were not available when we visited, which was very irritating. However staff were kind & helpful and food was good. Not my first choice, but not disappointing either; and many of my trips to Zizzi have been just that.
I went for dinner tonight with a friend. We were greeted by a very nice man at the door way...SteveHe greeted us instantly and made us feel welcome the second we walked in the door which was lovely, he showed us to our table and explained the difference between the Christmas menu and regular menu. He then fetched two glasses of water for us whilst we pondered the menu. This was a lovely touch of service, we were then seen to by a lovely young lady who took our order without any issues. Our food arrived quickly which was surprising as it was getting very busy. The garlic bread and mozzarella was amazing!! When we left we were again wished a good evening by Steve. We will definitely be back! Thanks Zizzi!
Haven't been to this branch in a while. Came here as we couldn't get a table in the one near oracle. I am guessing as the oracle one has come up there are hardly any people here now and hence I was a bit skeptical to start. But the service was really good and the food was great too! Lovely meat ball starters and the pasta dish was good too. The chocolate brownie with salted caramel was absolutely divine!!
Zizi is a place Ive been going for years now. I have to admit I use to love it and now I think its lost its wow factor as so many restaurants as similar to it now. The food is always okay and its got a nice vibe
Need to improve on their vegan option. Not much there. Spend butt loads of money for nth. Bread and tomatoes. Staffs were nice though. And no vegan hot drinks.
