Very bad customer service. Food was cold and they got the order wrong. Do not recommend.
Ordered two chicken burger meals. The driver turned up with a pizza and a side. Even though the receipt very clearly had the correct info on it. Said there was mix up, no apologies, no details on how it would be rectified. The driver walked off. No one at the store was answering and when I called the mobile number they called me from they kept hanging up.They dont use Deliveroo drivers , but their own. I contacted Deliveroo and got a refund. This place is shocking.
I order the foob from chicken base n the food was really nice n good in quality n the driver was really nice as well n i will be ordering more from ur store n the mashala fish that i hade order was really nice
Ordered "Zinger burger", received 2 pc chicken fillet with hash brown in bun. I complained and was told by Ali, that this was their zinger burger. This is blatent disregard of trade description act.However they took burger back and refunded me fully.When ordering please ask, what will you get.
