Tried to come here on three seperare occasions, only once was it open. (Says 10am open weekdays, wasn't open at nearly 11!) The one time I came here the service was terrible. Man at the front was on his phone the whole time when I asked a question I got a vague answer and he went back on his phone. Good thing is, cheap prices and quick dryers. Will only be back if it's an emergency!
Might be he cheapest, but 2 out of 4 small machines out of order. Had to ask shop minder/owner to clean the dispensers as vey dirty and mess all around the machine. Would not come here again.
Came to Reading Launderette to do my laundry while staying in Reading for an extended amount of time. I had a great experience at the Reading Launderette. I specifically had a great experience because of Tan! Tan was very helpful with managing the machines and was very attentive to us as we were doing our laundry. Tan made the experience very fast and simple!! If I need to do laundry again while I am in Reading, I will definitely come back!
