Paid 3 pounds to dry some clothes for 30 minuted only to find they were just as wet as when I first put them in the dryer.

The WORST service EVER!!I went there to wash a duvet, the lady who was there explained how to pay 6 pounds, where to put the soap and the conditioner to wash the duvet but "forgot" to say that afterwards it could not dry !!!It's just make money!!!Customer loyalty does not exist!!!
