Not long had a crash and I have since been receiving numerous calls from random people about the car crash. I took out a legal cover before them and I only got to know the cover wasnt in place when I had the acccident which means that they never put my policy in place so someone clearly isnt doing their job right. Fast forward they gave my information to about 10 car hires and they were all Calling me at the same time that theyve arranged a car hire for me and that got me so confused because right after Iv given out all my info to one, another calls me demanding all my details to process a car hire. That was nightmare.My car was a total loss and I was phoned on the 3rd of January to be informed and I was expecting a cheque in the post till date I havent received the cheque. I called for them to tell me if I havent received the checque they will cancel and issue a new one thats after almost 3 weeks.They are bloody jokers. And oh I had to pay 40 to change my address apparently thats what insurance company does. Ridiculous company.

Was insured for a number of years. Somebody drove into the back of me in 2016 whilst insured with ensure. To date I still receive calls asking me if I was involved in an accident and these are 3rd party company who ensure has clearly sold customer details or have no control over partners they work with. Move away from esure for that reason in 2017.. now 2018 the calls still goes on. Also traded my repaired car as got tired of trying to deal with esure. Really one of the worse insurance companies.
