Avoid this company , you wont get payed but get ripped off
This company employ people who are professionals at avoidance and managers who are as lazy as anything and will not talk to you.Absolutely atrocious company to deal with, their driver crashed into my vehicle and they do not respond to your email or phone calls the managers do not return calls! If this cowboy company call you up to deal with your claim if one of their drivers hits yours car I am telling you categorically do not let them deal with it they are THE worst company to deal with, they refuse to provide you with details of how to complain and do not respond to requests for information held about you.I will be taking legal action and taking it further to the relevant ombudsman to get the money you owe me and all the information that you hold about me. I should not be out of pocket because of the fault of their driver this company has avoidance techniques perfected.Furthermore they claim they do not have a complaints procedure.AVOID THESE COWBOYS!
horrified to discover that even though i was not at fault and i had an independent witness to back my claim against a third party, this company couldnt be bothered to fight my corner and paid out the third party for her claim!! absolutely despicable and my car is still damaged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Had my accident back last year in July 2017 last year......Still awaiting a verdict. The insurance company is only useful to say you have insurance because as soon as you have an accident they are useless! My claim is still ongoing and I frankly can't even be bothered to chase them anymore (its that bad) every time we phone them all they say is we are waiting to hear back from the 3rd party!? its been a year!! Claim wasn't even my fault had pictures to prove it however they bumped up my premium the next year to the exact cost of the payout and expected me to pay?! NO CHANCENEVER use this insurance company unless you want a useless insurer who can't even be bothered to chase a claim to fight your corner.... Claim was clearly not my fault but these lot can not be bothered to do anything about it... I'm absolutely gutted that this is still ongoing and most probably the only verdict I will get is that it will be on me considering how useless they are! lost all faith in this company and have always told people to stay well clear of them since! I've steered probably around 15 customers away from them since this and will keep doing the same when people ask me about them.
Absolutely awful company. I have been dealing with since the 23/7/18 when my car was stolen, no communication whatsoever from them. I am ringing every day for an update - I had to arrange on my own for my car to be released from the Police once it was found. It took them over a week to collect it and take it for repairs. I have never been contacted by this company and when I ring them, its a 25 minute average queue time to get through, and when you do get through you speak to someone who sighs and lies to you like you're an inconvenience.Avoid!!
