Just returned from a couple of operations carried out under general anesthetic at the Berkshire Independent .Very impressed with everything and everybody - from the receptionists, nurses, anesthetists, surgeon - the works - Lisa, Daniella, Janet, Helen, Neha, Jeniffer and Steve Foley to name a few - trying to think what comes to mind...professional, efficient, knowledgeable, charming, friendly, prompt, caring, understanding. Room was quiet and comfortable with everything to hand. Can't say more! ...and no this isn't an advert...
Doesn't deal with Children... (Because they have 0 Paediatrician's).What's the point of a "Private Hospital" if that can't deal with the most important humans on the planet Children!!! But normal "Public Hospitals" can deal with them.. what a waste of a building.
I was very well looked after. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend the Independent hospital to all my friends.
After numerous stays in this hospital, I cant fault it one bit, not that I would want to. All the nursing & surgical staff are friendly & attentive and really took great care of me. The hospital is a clean & warm environment to be in, which is great for recovery. I cant thank them enough.
I have been for one day surgery, I am very happy about the professionalism every body were acting from reception all the way including nurses, Doctor and the most important is how clean is the places.
