Privite hospital but staff need mre training and learn how to deal with appointments also very limited parking spaces available with tight spaces but they do have some disabled spaces

I went there for a maxillofacial appointment. I was very happy with the experience. Staff friendly, hospital nice and clean, consultant helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Got there on time for my appointment, waited for 50 minutes before I was seen. It looked like (although I can't confirm this) my consultant wasn't seeing anyone for the last half hour of my wait, I just wasn't brought to his room. When you're spending up to 200 for a consultation, you expect to not wait that long. It's also not a very nice building, the interior is very drab and dark. Of course, this is just nitpicking.I certainly wouldn't judge an NHS service this harshly but this is a business and a lucrative one at that.
