Totally biased District Judge that must have been on blob. Spoke to my barrister like he was something she had trodden in like what a dog might leave on the pavement. Totally ignored the fact that CPS had not given full disclosure disregarding Court Procedure. Another conviction factory with no ear holes, Just a**e holes.
If you have a good case , go to jury trial , these magistrates corrupt as hell , i had a short fat indian magistrate , obviously not too bright or honest , he decided because i lived on my own (?) my evidence wasnt viable, despite being pretty good . And no evidence the other way Covering up unprovoked police violence against english men . Basically a conviction factory ,
