Completely unavailable via phone for a month of repeated attempts to call. No response at all to email, despite confirmation auto replies to allow 10 days for a reply. Have completed the email cycle twice. Probably the worst County Court in the UK.

Shocking state of affairs with this court, can never get through on the phone, they will not answer any emails. I have been calling them 30 to 40 times a day for weeks now and sent loads of mails. Try to avoid this lot if you can help it as once your caught up with them then prepare to be completely stressed out !
Truly awful, I have been 3 times for 1 case and my experiences are as follows. lift not working for months. I came with a disabled colleague twice who had to walk up 5 floors of stairs. We were kept waiting in what seemed like a storage room full of chairs. No refreshments available. No rooms available to discuss confidential issues whilst we waited. The most disturbing thing was that there wasn't a court available to hear the case. Complete shambles. Waiting for hours. This place does not even consider the term 'customer service'. Out of date system that needs a major overhaul.
Awful. Uncontactable andincompetent. Finally had to contact Resolver (which I *HIGHLY* recommend to anyone ergo is not getting the information they need from the Court) and received a reply with information two days later after waiting over a month. Just terrible.
