A very good and courteous service and you earn points on clu bcard too.
AVOID at all costs. Staff except the boss are all bad, rude and not helpful. I've had change lifted from my car on 2 separate occasions - don't get me wrong 2 are not making the difference, but it is the principle that annoys me. I've had the staff addressing insults at me, wrongly assuming I don't understand any, other than English, languages. I've had my cars on 2 occasions not fully valeted and finished. Had an air vent dented and permanently damaged by the crew.

Reading Tesco in Portman Road.I went to this site after Bank Holiday and these guys were really busy with other cars, so I wasn't sure if they could fit me in( luckily I had a big shopping to do so I wasn't no in rush)..They were very approachable, not sure how long the Gold service has taken as I have spent nearly an 1 hour and half being silly with shopping. Ha haThe car was beautifully clean and valleted ( an extra charge which was reasonable to clean two front seats as I have requested).I have received 5 off for next visit and loyalty card.The guy I was dealing with was very polite and helpful.No flaws . Really happy with the result!!Thank youWill be coming back :-)
Visited Rasim and his crew today and took the Gold valet and car wash for a medium car for 20. This was very good value for the service I received and the team did a great job on my estate car inside and out. I will be returning and would recommend to others looking for a great value service.
