If you value your car - don't take it here!We were left with expensive damage and even worse customer service when we used the Waves Hand Car Wash at Tesco Extra Napier Road. Our car was returned with extensive scratches (see examples in picture) across paintwork of bonnet and roof. When we complained, they refused to accept any responsibility, so then we lodged a complaint with Waves head office, who launched an investigation and then they went silent without giving us any result or verdict. Please do not take your car here if you value it.
Expensive but if u dont care about the cost then u wont Find a better one.
This is an automatic car wash not a manual, self service or hand car wash as the pictures may suggest. It's ok and gives your car a nice shine if you opt for the premium wash. It is expensive compared to others in the area and there are no 'half price Tuesdays' often there is quiet a queue at the weekend. You can pay at the kiosk or use contactless cards.
Extremely bad customer service Manager is so rude and very bad with complain handling,,,,Doesnt want to hear anything bad,,,Avoid this place at any cost,
Could have been a better experience, don't think i'll be using it again.
