We used Rainbow in Reading for work to repair our car door which had been damaged in a minor accident. I cannot praise them highly enough; we were directed to them through our Insurers and from that point on the service was simply superb. The came and collected the car when they said they would, called and gave us regular updates when they said they would and delivered the car back having done a superb job. Mar Compton in the Body Shop deserves special praise for his knowledge, support and politeness, his customer service was simply outstanding - rare these days! Thanks for a job well done. The best service I have ever had. Highly recommended. My mirror has been broken by another driver and I was upset, but Robert Franklin went the extra mile and offered the best stress free experience, fixed the mirror in no time and give it a good wash as well. We need more of Robert in this world please! I have used the garage early this year as well and was extremely happy with them again.
