My favourite haunt for lunch. Always packed with loyal customers so expect to wait for a table in peak times (15-20 minutes) but it is SO worth it. All the hallmarks of a family run business thriving. Only suggestion: BRING BACK THE PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM TOASTIE!! Yum yum!
Great place for breakfast with a nice menu and the best eggs I've had in a while, I'm not even a fan of eggs! It's a tucked away gem but seems to be busy all of the time, had to wait for a good 20 minutes for a table, but once we were sat, it was worth it.
Been for brunch a number of times. Never disappointed! Favourite brunch place in Reading. It does get busy tho, especially at weekends, but for good reason
Great independent cafe with such a varied menu. Is nearly always busy, because it's good, so in winter can be crammed full of people but in summer the outside seating area is perfectly pleasant. Staff are always polite and their presentation of drinks and food is thoughtful and appetising.
The best pancakes I ever ate!! A variety of options. I tried different options on menu and was never disappointed. Fresh and tasty meals. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Would be perfect if prices would be a bit cheaper, but it won't stop me from going again. Definitely recommend!
