We received our documentation 3 days before travelling which worried us enough. When paperwork was received dates were completely wrong,full of spelling mistakes and no information on pick up times on the way home. Got on the coach at 7.30 (many had been on since 4.45am!) and got to disneyland at 10.30pm!!! Long drawn out journey. When we got there, still no one told us what times we were being picked up and where, we had to call from Disneyland. The whole 2 days in the park was a huge rush as you only get one proper full day, the next you have to be back to catch your coach again, completely ruins the experience as you are rushing everywhere to do everything. Coach journey back was awful, 5 transfers on and off to get home. Would not recommended, would never use again.
