Well it's a massive hub which in many ways has benefited from the expansion. However trains are still just as, if not more overcrowded on all routes and still suffer from delays and cancellations to an even worse extent. At least the station has alot of facilities and step free access to all platforms.
Very rude lady at ticket counter was extremely unhelpful and insulted me when I asked her to repeat something because I could not hear. A hearing impairment is not a reason to insult anyone for.
