Very friendly and polite staff members, very punctual in time . Great service , good price and most recommended.
Booked a cab to get home from Reading Festival to Basingstoke. We were ready to go before the booked time so rang up to see if they could pick us up an hour early. AAA were really accommodating and picked us up almost immediately which, considering how busy the traffic was at the time I thought was amazing. The cab driver spoke to me on the phone so we could meet him at a more convenient spot which meant we got out of Reading quicker than we would have done from where we'd arranged the pick-up. Excellent service and I'll be using them again next year!
Good price , Came 35 minutes late from agreed time. If you are using them, make sure call and check are they coming on time.... No call back to inform they are running late. Disappointed with the service.
We booked a taxi to take my family (6 adults, 6 large suitcases and 6 carryons!) to the airport. The taxi arrived a few minutes early and the driver was very friendly. Reasonable prices and very reliable in my experience so far. Will be using again!
