Mark, Keiron and Justin provided and excellent service. Remembered who I was from previous order and was able to provide a quality service. All very knowledgeable of all products and were able to give advice when asked. Would be my first choice when it comes to looking at flooring.
The manager Mark was eager to push extra items on me but wasn't interested in helping with my basic complaints. Glass not what my husband ordered but will learn to live with. Doors were good quality just customer service let them down

Good quality doors, handles and locks, very happy. The staff in store are helpful and they have a great selection of anything you might need door-related.Also have to mention Glen, the guy who fitted our door. He's very helpful, giving lots of options and following through with what you want. He arrives when he says, works really hard and finishes to a very high standard. He was so good that we used him for other jobs in our flat, and will use him if we need anything else doing. His company is PHILLIP design. Can't recommend the guy enough.
