Karl was excellent, very helpful and friendly. We were impressed by the service. Also, the place is very secure. We accidently put the wrong code in the lift entrance which set the alarm off when we opened our storage unit. There was a quick response over the tannoy and security were obviously monitoring us to see that we had made a mistake.
Friendly and efficient service. Was no hassle to get signed up. The staff were thorough in explaining the service and procedures, left me with a sense of confidence in the level of professionalism in the service they provide.
