Found the staff really helpful in selecting shoes.
Had gone to the store on black Friday, but did not find a size of the shoes I liked so the attendant told me I would receive the shoes on monday by delivery. I needed the shoes on monday evening for a function to wear them, I informed the attendant about it. I did not receive the delivery on monday. So on the 5th day I went to the store and and was told they had received the shoes. On that day in the stores I noticed another pair which was also on the black Friday sale and in the same price range, so I asked the manager if I could take the other which is in the same price range and also was on sale. He refused and said there is a mail that we can't do it. The service was very bad nor did the manager apologise about the delay in delivery and could not satisfy customers needs . Had a bad experience.
