Ok, apart from the problems; lack of water (proably due to lots of residents/ homes), broken/ collapsed drains, rat infestation (made worse by some overgrown gardens/sheds where rats live & some throwing waste food about), not enough parking (no disabled bays either), issues with electric supply (especially when raining) and cost, some dog owners don't pick up after there dogs especially on the nearby grass, and lots of fast traffic around the park. Shops, GP's, pharmacy, library and busses nearby in Tadley, but if walking across Silchester Road be careful as difficult to cross safely.
