Have been in intense pain for almost 7 years with chronic neck, back, hip and knee issues. I couldn't handle it anymore following the birth of my daughter and had moved to the Tilehurst area luckily and found Adrian and his team at Core Body Clinic. Without even examining me, Adrian knew exactly the issues I was facing. I have been to countless physiotherapists and chiropractors (and probably spent thousands!) on my quest to be pain-free and Adrian has been the only one to pinpoint and deal with my issues correctly. Adrian took a very gentle approach which worked really well for me and the exercises given have been life changing. I even saw Heather for Maternity Physio and she really is an expert in her field. Great professional and knowledgeable staff and I recommend them to all my friends in the area!

I've never been to a Physio before but since having back problems I thought that it would be a help. Greg was great he personalised my exercises and always made sure I was doing them correctly for the best result. It's definitely working and I can feel improvements. I would recommend Core Body Clinic and Greg to anyone who needs it.
