Nice staff but would have preferred more on a selection in the aquarium area as in stocked tanks and fish them selves

Lack of knowledge. Rude. Process of buying a pet is more difficult than a child adoption. Fooling customer around just to make him buy an additional product from their shop e.g. cage.I have a huge cage for my rat with the pictures of 4 rats capacity on it. I was about to get a second rat but the girl said the rats on the picture are 4 small rats. Im gonna have two adult rats dont you think guys the cage is still big enough? I got refused selling a rat because of it while they have about 5 rats in the tiny cages in the shop. Ridiculous
