Incredibly rude company. They said they would need two vans when they quoted us, and because they packed our stuff so badly, needed a third. There was a small hold up from the bank with the money being moved causing a slight delay, they had booked another job after ours and demanded another 400 in the middle of the move due to the slight delay and need for an extra van. It is their job to work out how many vans are needed, and it wasn't our fault there was a delay. Because I complained, they said they'd knock off the other 400 they were going to charge us after the move (this was all after we had agreed on a price). So that's almost an extra 1000 on what was originally quoted. A lot of our stuff was broken as they just threw everything around. We had specific requirements we agreed with them before hiring them, and on the day of the move, ignored me to my face when I asked them about things. They spent more time chatting on their phones than working. Don't make the same mistake we did by hiring these cowboys! I also left this review on their facebook and they have closed their page. Guilty conscious much?
