Fast, friendly and professional. Came out immediately late in the evening and didn't charge any extra. Highly recommended. Didn't need to change the locks either he managed to get in the door with no damage at all.

Had Simon from Carlion around to adjust our front door which was a bit stiff to shut. He was happy to explain all the adjustments he was doing and got everything working much more smoothly. Very pleased.
Simon lives quite close to my old house and I had new tenants moving in and the lock was too stiff. He actually jumped at the chance to go in and fix it at the weekend and didn't charge us any more for this. He was also on the ball, and let us know that the barrel lock that protruded from the front door is of a type being targeted by thieves and easy to break so offered to sort that out too. Highly recommend.
