Good tiles
Superb staff. Went to buy few spare tiles and the guy serving me identified I'm picking the wrong tiles. There was a subtle difference between one I bought before b these spare ones which I didn't identify. Saved me a trip!
Average prices
Tiles were supposed to arrive today but they didn't turn up. No contact whatsoever - all fairly hopeless.
Only ordered a small easy order of slate tiles, was told on the Friday they would be there at the shop on Monday, they would ring when they came in. I asked them to commit to this 100% because I had a person booked to fit them that week. FIRST LIE. They never turned up, they never even had the good manners to call me as they had promised. I called them on the Tuesday morning and they said they were on route and would now be in on Thursday, internal delivery from another UK store. I guess they use slow vans or horse drawn carriage. They promised to call me when they came in, Guess what, another dam lie from the unprofessional staff at that store. So where are my tiles, when will I get them, If they dont arrive by Monday I will be demanding my money back. I will clearly be letting the Topps Tiles Senior Management know about my problems and this Review.
