I have been going to the Chiltern clinic for about 5 years now, Dr Munnelly is amazing at what he does. I have had botox and fillers over this period and I have never been disappointed at the service he and the staff give! He is honest with the consultation, and will advise accordingly. I would recommend Nial Munnelly to anyone who wants honest advise, great friendly service and most important a great job! Well done to you all, I shall see you in the next few months.Thank you Rachelle

Really weird experience at the Goring clinic...Arrived on time for my appointment... everything smooth; reception staff and assistants were friendly and service was good. After already having a consultation with Dr Munnelly I went in for my appointment. Called into Dr Munnelly's room... after about 5 minutes of talking and preparing for my procedure, Dr Munnelly had decided I was "too anxious" to have my procedure. He got his assistant to take me out to the reception. All the other staff I spoke to seemed a bit confused about why I could not be treated by Dr Munnelly. They understood why I was stressed and said I would get compensation for the trouble... Take my word for it or not... I personally think that Dr Munnelly came across quite anxious when I met him. He spoke incredibly quickly and quite uncomfortably close to my face. Might be his 'style', but it was awkward for me. In the few minutes of conversation we had, I mentioned that I thought he seemed a little anxious... I think that's what upset him and he just decided from there he didnt want to treat me. I was really upset in the reception because I just wanted my plans to go ahead... I told his assistant to go and ask if he would speak to me one last time but he refused...Got rearranged an appointment with a new doctor by the receptionists... A day before my consultation with a separate doctor, I got a call from the owner of the business (who I believe is Dr Munnelly's wife). The phonecall was incredibly weird, long and stressful... so to be brief it ended with her telling me I was not welcome in her clinic and I would receive no compensation...Think i'll go somewhere in London instead - a little more research and you can find far more established clinics.

Very nice people, they have a very clean place. Location was a bit hard to find as it's essentially just a door in the middle of a row of shops but it was a very pleasant experience overall.

I was passing by the Reading branch of Chiltern Medical Clinic and popped in to enquire about prices. The consultation is free and the advice given was great. All my life I had a strange lump on my scalp, but Dr Amir Sadri assure me I wouldn't be left with a bald patch which was what I expected. The surgery was painless and I really don't know why I waited so long to get the lump removed. The follow up care after the initial surgery was fantastic. I could phone anytime, and also pop in when I had a painful stitch which my hair had snagged on.All the staff, from the ladies who greeted me to the Doctors and medical staff, are friendly, approachable, and trustworthy. I would especially like to thank Dr Sadri, Dr Brian Fu, Ramona, and Marlena who answered all my questions, even the silly ones. You helped to put me at ease with all aspects of the surgery.I would recommend Chiltern Medical Clinic to friends and family. 5 Star facilities and 6+ Star staff.

Having been a customer for several years l, today's poor service was the icing on the cake and I won't be using the Chiltern Medical Clinic again. Service has gone downhill - with late running appointments the last 2 times I visited. Today I made the 50 minute journey to the Reading clinic only to be told the doctor I had booked in with wasn't in - and they'd known for a week or so that he wouldn't be. The girls said they'd tried to call me yesterday but strangely I have no voicemail or missed call and they hadn't made any effort to get in touch today. When I asked for the Directors email address to complain they would only offer me a generic "info" email. The friend that first recommended the clinic no longer uses them and I won't be visiting again. A premium product at a premium price with very poor service.
