DO NOT USE!!!I do not recommend this place. They gave me the wrong treatment - I was supposed to be having laser for skin lightening but they were treating me for hair removal. I paid hundreds of pounds for multiple wrong sessions and they did not refund me. The manager, Sonia, was very rude once she realised it was their mistake. Their staff are incompetent - I was allowed to have a friend in the room for my first few treatments - it was only when I started treatment with another staff member that they pointed out how dangerous that was and that it was against the rules!!!
I love it here and keep coming back. I cannot recommend Studio 15 highly enough. I got my first 90 minutes of treatment on a groupon deal and have been coming back here regularly. I find the staff very friendly and willing and have always been looked after really well.
Had a pleasure experience here when I had my lvl lash treatment done here. My lashes stayed nice and curly for 5weeks and looked like I had an extension although it was all mine. Since then going back for it all the tike to get it done.thank you
I visited studio 15 today for the first time to get gel nail extensions, as someone who is very picky about their nails I was a bit hesitant as I'd never used their services before, but after today I will definitely be going back again! My nails are impeccable and the beautician Adi was incredibly kind. While I was there I asked about getting my eyebrows done and she stayed later than she needed to make sure I left satisfied, which was very thoughtful of her as she did not need to do so. I would highly recommend this salon as they do everything to ensure you leave smiling! Will be visiting again!
