Curly girls, listen up! I came to Shotz for the first time wanting to take my curly hair to a cropped look after another salon wouldn't go short enough. Georgia was a star and gave me exactly what I wanted. I've now been back for two additional trims.She's been beautifully receptive when I have notes about what my curls prefer in a trim, adjusting her styling to match. I'm very happy to have found a local place where I can get my 2c/3a curls cut and am thrilled about pricing (especially consdering the maitenance of a pixie cut!).

I came here 2 days ago and they completely ruined my hair!!!! colour is all over the place and the cut is hideous! Will never go back! Beware!!!Should be higher levels than fresh college students. Very upset. Wont even leave my house!
I got a modern, androgynous cut from here from Thea today, really attentive and a total perfectionist! It's awesome value and perfect for young, cool hair stuff. Best I've had in Reading.
I am so dissapointed with Glam Shotz today. I am 32 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to being pampered only to turn up to my appointment and bluntly be lied to my face saying that they did not have my phone number to call me and say i needed a patch test before my hair could be done. I have been a loyal customer for years and not just a 30 hair cut customer i spend 100s with them at a time! They have NEVER had a problem contacting me before and i have ALWAYS received reminder and. confirmation texts from them. I find it disgusting that they do not have the courtesy to ring me and admit there mistake and instead let me drive all the way there to be so disappointed. Well you have just lost 95 from me and continued custom!
