I dont trust them. Bought 3 ipl hair removal on groupon, upsold to laser hair removal as 'the ipl wont do anything atall, its pointless' so sold 1 laser removal for my 3 ipl. Didnt shave as called before and was told no need to shave your having ipl not laser, from the upsale i done a patch test and then they done the treatment and said their laser is so good you dont need to shave beforehand. Sure that was a lie as persisted to question and they offered me another session free but ive just written my money off and persuing hair laser removal elsewhere instead
This was the worst experience in my life when it comes to any beauty treatments.I went for a patch test for eyebrow tattoo removal and the lady that performed the test put toilet paper on my eyes for protection since the glasses were apparently too big...what?? That laser can blind if it goes the wrong way.No prep,no questions asked no post treatment care advise. I EVEN HAD TO pay for that unprofessional procedure.I suppose she knew I would never return.I would NOT recommend to anyone, it's a joke and I don't understand how they can function.
