Rock club with Popular/Alternative twist. Been a favourite since late teenage years and will always come back for a dance drink mosh scream!
The place is like Narnia, much more to it than meets the eye. It looks fantastic, with three or four different areas each with a distinctive style. It's practically unique as far as I can tell. Any place whose wallpaper features The Cramps and Buzzcocks has to be good.
Long queue to get in but went quickly, friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks. Music for everyone. Several rooms to choose from.
Lots of character. Worth checking forthcoming bands and events, such as burlesque. Sadly, they have taken real ale and Belgian beer off the pumps.
Awesome spot for good value drinks and fantastic live music! The only thing bear in mind is that most people will be absolutely wasted! Best not to wear your most expensive stuff and you'll have a smashing time! Great staff and security!
