Terrible experience. Ordered a selection of items as a gift hamper for friends. It was sent to me, as the online order confused billing address with delivery. The FOOD parcel (in a battered cardboard box, not a hamper) was taken to the post office depot! Meat. Sitting in the post office. Thankfully I managed to pick it up the next day. Most of it was still edible. Only got dismissive abusive responses when I emailed. Not saying the produce was bad. It just isn't meant to sit in a sweltering place for over 24hrs before you get it! Products 7/10. Service, staff communications, delivery, online ordering, website control, customer service, complaints handling, and overall stress and poor experience = 0/10!
I ordered online in November for Christmas and received Mozart Kugeln that had gone off and had a white film around the chocolates (seifige Schokolade). They have agreed to refund the chocolates, and I have received the refund. Please check the dates of your goods before sending them to customers. Thanks for the refund.
