Definitely worth a day out! Great fun group activity and still a good laugh even if the weather is slightly cooler. There are wetsuits for hire too to help plus a cafe with a decent selection to help you warm up again.The negatives are the changing facilities aren't great, showers were cold and slightly cramped.
Staff absolutely fabulous and a credit to the place. Were well looked after, safety talks held before kids were let loose on the inflatables. As I didn't participate was able to observe other activities and all were well supervised. From reading a previous review that mentions the age of the staff, I think this is irrelevant, they all were attentive and professional. Will definitely be returning!
Jet bike experience very good. Safe to use. Instructor sat behind until felt confident you ok in bike and the course. My only negative by not giving 5 stars was told their was lockers by reception check in staff.Changing room open plan but fairly tidy, 2 showers open plan again but hot. Yes there was lockers which don't lock!! You the customer have to provide your own lock and key. Shouldn't have to. Felt apprehensive leaving valuables in a unlocked locker. So suggest you take one If no spectators in your group. Car park was free on our visit recently. Buoyancy aids look new or looked after. Would revisit with a lock and key.
Lovely time at the water park, staff were great only downside is quality of water which I understand cant be controlled, but the equipment being cleaned each day should be mandatory due to the huge amounts of bird toilet on the inflatables. Showers also need a look at as they werent working.Had a lovely time! Would recommend !
